As worship leaders we are at our best when we are invisible. Transparency is the goal. When people see through us and see Jesus instead, we are successful. But that can be hard to accomplish both on a practical level and a spiritual level. When we stand on stage with bright lights shining on us, how can we lead in a way that’s invisible?
